Trek to Mitlung(931m) : 4 hours
Day 06:
Mitlung to Chirwa (1,270 m): 5 - 6 hrs trek

Chirwa to Sekathum (1,660 m): 5 hrs trek
Day 08:
Sekathum to Amjilosa (2,510 m): 7 - 8 hrs trek
Day 09:
Amjilosa to Gyabla (2,730 m): 5 hrs
