Langtang Helicopter Tour takes you on an exhilarating helicopter ride across the beautiful Langtang Valley. A new helicopter tour to Langtang , lets you experience the splendour of the Langtang Range. Langtang Region is the only trekking region that lies close to Kathmandu. This area is renowned for its rich Tamang Buddhist culture. Kyangjin Gompa, a Tamang settlement with an ancient Buddhist Monastery located inside the Langtang National Park. Soak in the sights of the snow-covered mountains and glaciers during your Langtang Helicopter Tour. Some of the Himalayan peaks you will get to fly close to during your Langtang Helicopter Tour are Langtang Lirung, Langshisa Ri, Ganesh Himal, Dorje Lakpa, Paldor Peak, Jugal Himal, Yala Peak, and Singri Himal.
Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival at Hotel.
Arrival in Kathmandu at hotel. Meeting and greetings by our representatives on arrival at the hotel. In the evening, have dinner and overnight in a hotel.
Day 2: Langtang Heli Tour
After early morning breakfast, proceed towards Heli pad by private transportation. Fly to Langtang by helicopter. It takes 30 minutes for a round trip flight from Kathmandu to Langtang to Kathmandu. Enjoy aerial views of green hills, hilltop villages, and serpentine rivers flowing past the mountains. Capture the breath-taking sight of snow-capped Himalayan peaks and Gosainkunda Lake (a sacred mountain lake). The helicopter lands briefly at Kyangjin Gompa. A Tamang settlement with an ancient Buddhist Monastery located inside the Langtang National Park. Ground time in Kyangin (20 to 30 minutes) for enjoying the view, for photos and explore Kyangjin Gompa – an ancient Tamang settlement with a Buddhist Gompa. . Fly back and return to hotel after flight. Lunch at the hotel. After lunch, check-out from the hotel. Move towards our own destination.
